I'm Heidi
I'm in my mid 30's &amp; have a Blue Heeler x Border Collie called Crab who is awesome!
We're both really active &amp; friendly &amp; would love to help look after your pet either by offering dog walks, dog sitting or house sitting to look after your pet (you just need to be happy for Crab to come along too!)
Our typical day starts with a walk (around an hour) &amp; we usually fit in at least one other walk / bike ride during the afternoon or evening, too. Whatever exercise routine suits your pet, we're usually able to accommodate - whether they're more of a 1 walk &amp; laze around all day type, or are super active &amp; need lots of entertainment &amp; multiple walks.
I work full time from an office, so am unable to be at home with your pet throughout the daytime too, but am happy to spend the entire evening/weekend with them (so they don't get lonely!) My availability is updated regularly &amp; I'm keen to take repeat &amp; advance bookings, so things work out well for all of us.
Unfortunately, I don't offer any training / grooming (other than washing / brushing / towel drying if we get muddy!) but am more than happy to stick to any routines or diets you might have. Crab is well trained, so can hopefully demonstrate good behaviour to copy!
I am only happy to take vaccinated pets &amp; only desexed males (full females is fine). I am able to accept up to 2 dogs at anyone time (i.e. if they both come from the same household), as with Crab in the house that would bring the total to 3 &amp; I'd like to ensure a calm, fun environment.
The backyard is medium sized, with shade &amp; a kennel available. The local lake, forest &amp; walking tracks are very close, so great for exploring &amp; exercise. Please make sure you bring your own pet bed &amp; food if they're coming to stay, so they feel at home. They'll be sleeping in the living room, so need to be comfortable not being in the same room as a human during the night.
I've got experience looking after lots of other dogs of all sizes (golden retrievers, greyhounds, labradoodles, corgis, old English bulldogs, shihtzus, huntaways, rottweilers, daschunds, lagottos, German wirehaired pointers, Bernese Mountain dogs, Australian Heelers, vizlas) &amp; also lived with a friend's schnauzer for a year. My only ask is that your dog is house trained &amp; friendly with other dogs.
If you're keen for me to house sit, I'll be there whenever I'm not at work &amp; will only head out for groceries, dog walks &amp; personal errands. I promise to treat your home like my own &amp; be respectful of property, pets &amp; neighbours.
If you're keen for me to do a house visit, I'll be more than happy to work out what times suit you &amp; make sure I stick to your schedule &amp; plan.

I am a crazy cat lady at heart but because I rent and travel I haven't been able to have my own cats since I left home. So I cat sit so I can get as many kitty cuddles as I can. I have previously worked as a independent cat sitter in Melbourne and really enjoyed it and have house sat for friends and family for years. 
I am offering home visits or house sitting as I believe animals (especially cats) prefer to stay in their own homes. I will send you regular photo or video updates so that you know that your fur babies are not missing you too much and will ensure that they have everything they need while your away. Happy to sort their Breakfast and Dinner and make sure they have a clean bathroom and fresh water. I am also comfortable administering oral medication if required. 
I am clean, policed checked, fully vaccinated and a non smoker. You can be confident that your fur babies are in good hands. -References available. 

I am born and breed kiwi, who has loved animals my entire life. As a young child we always had a dog, and/or a cat, rabbits, fish and at one stage I even had pet mice. In 2021 my husband and I got our very first dog, after 8 years we were finally ready for the commitment to our first fur baby, his name is Maverick (Mav for short), and he was born on valentines day 2021. He is our little buddy and couldn't imagine a life without him, he comes everywhere with us. Cafes, pubs, he loves a great walk, and even though he is crate trained from 10pm- 5am every morning he can be found snuggling in our bed. In Mavs world the hierarchy of things most important to him are: food, other dogs, all people, sticks, snuggles, the tennis ball, off lead walks. He is such a social dog! We made sure as a very young pup that he spent time with as many different dogs as possible. He has also spent time with cats, sheep and mostly recently met his first horse. At some stage in the near future we would love to adopt Mav a little sister or brother. However in the meantime, as freshly new homeowners paying off our mortgage we thought we would start by pet sitting other people's furr babies while they are holidaying in our gorgous town. We know how important a good pet sitter is, and how hard they are to come by in Queenstown. We will treat your dog as if he/she is our own, they will be well loved with lots of cuddles and playtime, adventure walks, sleeping on the furniture etc. We are happy to follow their routine and to update you with those all important daily pictures.In our day job we manage a local boutique hotel, where we normally cater to humans overnight stays, so we figure doggo overnight stays will be a breeze in comparison. My days off are Saturday and Sunday and my husband's are Sunday, Monday. So we will only take your loved one on days we are off to provide them with the attention they deserve. We live in a small 110m2 apartment with a small backyard and body corporate rules state we are only allowed 2 pets at anyone time so we are only able to take 1 border at a time. Living in Queenstown we have so many amazing walking tracks to entertain your pup. Weather it's walking the arrow river, off to bobs cove, kelvin heights walking track, or going straight out our front door down to the shotover river. Our days off usually consist of lots of snuggles, treats and training, walks,  lunch at the local dog friendly Cafe or dinner at the dog friendly pub, and more snuggles and downtime. We will provide you with updates of your fur baby during their stay to keep your mind at ease,  and will follow all dietries/routines. Any questions please ask away. Jade &amp; Jay
