"Zoe is AMAZING! This was our first time leaving our two cats in the hands of a non-family member, and for a longer than normal duration. After first contacting & meeting Zoe, she put us at ease immediately. You could tell that this wasn't just a way to earn money, and that she actually cared for the animals she sat for. Whilst away, there was great communication and she went above and beyond in offering to stay with one cat in particular who was more nervous. We came home to two healthy and happy fur-babies.....it was like we'd never been away :) Thanks Zoe!"

"Just moved to Rotorua and was gutted to leave behind my long term cat “nanny” who had helped me for four plus years. I was anxious about finding a new pet carer but took a chance based on Lauren’s reviews and went away for three days. During that time I received prompt text messages after every visit (twice a day) which reassured me so much and I stopped worrying. I’m so pleased to have found Lauren. "I found Karmen to be a very reliable sitter for my cat Sam. He responded very well to her and that doesn't always happen with Sam as he is an independent cat and only likes people that he knows. So full marks to her. Karmen was punctual to the job, trustworthy, friendly, and caring of Sam's needs and food requirements. "Orléa cared for our two cats when we went away fro four days.My partner and I were both anxious about leaving our cats, however we received photos and text messages which showed our cats which showed them to be calm, happy and okay. We immediately felt relieved, and knew our pets were getting the best care with Orléa. Orléa was calm, and at ease when we met her for the initial meet and greet When we returned we found our two cats happy and relaxed.We are extremely happy with the services Orléa provided.We will be using her in the future when we go away."

"We needed someone with very short notice. Jane came round the next day to meet us and the dogs. She has been wonderful to us and our dogs. The dogs absolutely love her! Would highly recommend!!!"

"Amy was absolutely amazing with our Bengal kitten. It was our first time having to leave her and was very worried but she gave us great reassurance daily with photos and consistent messages.
