Hi, thanks for clicking on my Pawshake profile. I’m a 45 year old mum to 2 fur babies, 2 boys (13 and 10) and am married. My fur babies are Phoebe who is almost 3 (lock down baby) who is a Boston Terrier and our cat Lyla, 7 year old Tabby.

My motivator for being a pet sitter is I found it stressful leaving our dog at home when I was away for work. I was an executive in a software development company and worked remotely from home. Unfortunately I have been laid off which means I have plenty of time at home to look after your fur baby. I also think it would be good for Phoebe to have more socialising with dogs. 

My experience is in looking after our own pets and I grew up with dogs in my house, including our last family dog that was a mix between a Huntaway and Rottweiler so have experience with big dogs.  

In terms of services, I offer cat 🐈‍⬛ feeding and doggy daycare and pet visits. Walks during doggy daycare are between 30/40mins and 1 hour.

We are located at the end of a driveway (away from the main road) on a flat section which is fully fenced and gated. Your dog would be allowed in all parts of our house. We are close to Kepa Road bush, Madills farm and the beach for dog walks.  

If your dog is coming for home boarding, they can sleep in a crate if that is what they like or our dog sleeps in your room so they could also do that. Our Phoebe is treated like our third baby and want your fur baby to feel the same way. If we are out and about, we would take your dog as well, just like another member of our family. I want your dog to feel as comfortable as possible. 

I would like your dog to be good with a cat, as ours isn't and hope she might learn some manners from your dog.
