About Sue
After arriving from the UK in 2007, my German Shepherd and I travelled all around NZ for 6 years housesitting and looking after homes, farms, businesses and pets of all shapes and sizes. Then sadly he crossed the rainbow bridge but before he did, he introduced me to my Dutch husband, Hans, a physio, cranio-sacral and massage therapist who helped him so much with his painful hips. Luckily we share the love of animals and they love his Healing Hands. So now the 2 of us housesit together when the Universe asks us to go on that "special assignment". Together we have successfully completed many housesits most of which come from repeats and referrals.
As a therapist, I am now retired but still extremely fit and young in spirit and Hans works part time at a Physio. We are known for our reliability, honesty, capability and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty.
We both love new experiences and looking after animals fills us with so much joy and gratitude with the giving and receiving of unconditional love. When owners come home from holiday knowing that their home and pets have been well taken care of, its so great to be appreciated for a job well done.
