Hello! I am Sarah, a 31yr old British woman now living in NZ permanently.

When I am in Nelson (as I am just in Christchurch for uni), I have 4 dogs that I like to take up the family farm everyday for a decent walk and a jump in some water and puddles.

I have years of experience looking after a range of pets since I was a teenager. From small animals like rats, guinea pigs and rabbits up to large animals like horses. I especially have a lot of experience with cats and dogs, and love spending time with animals (often prefer it to humans). 

While I am in Christchurch (from Jan to Nov) I will be living in shared accommodation, so will not be able to have pets at my home. However, I will happily come to your house to petsit/take dogs for walks/feed cats etc. 

From November 2023 when I am back in Nelson permanently, there will be more flexibility to have dogs over to stay at mine. 

With dog walks, it all depends on your dog but they can be 20/30mins to an hour. I can offer twice a day feeding and visiting for all pets. With horses I can also do mucking out if needed. 

My partner and I recently looked after 7 rescue dogs in Greece while their owners went house hunting. We previously helped look after 12 rescue dogs for the same couple in the South of France in 2019.
