I have had dogs and cats my entire life. Since moving to Wellington, and flatting, we could not have pets of our own so opted to stay at friends/families homes to pet sit their animals. We (my husband and I) loved that. We have recently purchased our own property and couldnt wait to have the opportunity to look after other peoples pets. We just genuinely love animals. We now have 2 kids of our own so are a bit busier and at this stage won't be doing boarding but our kids love animals and are great with them. Instead I can offer visits and walks at this time until the kids are a bit older and don't need us overnight as much.

We have a cat named Blue - we seperate her from dogs in our care until they are comfortable with one another. We have a black lab cross dog named Moose as well, he is a super friendly dog and loves people to bits. I have included a photo of us with our dog in Canada, me with my mums dog, a dog we often pet sit and our cat, Blue.
