Hello!

I'm Hannah, thanks for checking out my page! I've been living in Tauranga since mid 2022. My partner and I immigrated from the United States and brought our three rescue kitties with us! Due to the recent immigration, we have been thoroughly vetted by police. Our family has since grown by one human, so I'd love to spend some of my mat leave time looking after your beautiful furbabies. I am an anthropologist by training and lover of all things outdoors.

I grew up on a farm and have spent my entire life taking care of all sorts of animals there, including my three domestic shorthair kitties that I took in after they were orphaned. I am a cat lady by default as we are unable to have a dog where we live currently, but I would love to get some puppy cuddles in! I will visit any homes in the Bethlehem/Tauranga CBD/Brookfield/Judea/Otumoetai/Matua area and will spend 30 minutes minimum with your pets. I am happy to walk dogs, stay and play with any pets, feed and water and give medications as needed. I have a high needs male cat that requires daily medication so am happy to help out with any kitties that may need a little more TLC (or a more hands off approach :)). I am also happy to discuss any other needs your furbaby may require and ensure they get the care they deserve while you are away.

I would be happy to tend to any other bits around the house while you're away, such as bringing in mail or watering plants.

I understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets with anyone, but I strive to provide the same level of care you would and treat your furbaby as if he or she was my own. I will meet with you prior to a booking to ensure I can fulfill all of your requirements and meet your pet(s).
