About Me:

Hi there! My name is Olivia, I am a 22 year old student in my 4th year of Veterinary Science at Massey University. I have grown up around a variety of animals throughout my life, ranging from my family pets to my own two cats (Casper and Delilah). I have also grown up on a farm so I have experience with cattle, sheep, goats and more, as well as riding horses. My studies in Vet have also allowed me to gain a great knowledge base of animal handling and health, so you can be rest assured that I will be very passionate about keeping your fur babies as happy and healthy as possible while they are under my care.

Throughout my degree I have gained a lot of experience with not only the day to day care of animals in different health states, but also administering medications and monitoring their stability. Because of this I am comfortable administering any medications that your animal may need during their time with me if needed. My degree also means that I will have a deeper understanding of their health status/disease, allowing me to tailor their care as needed. 

Dog Walking:

I am an active person in my personal life and I love to go out on walks most days, so having a buddy with me will make it even better! I am happy to do walks up to 1hr, however extra-long walks can be discussed if needed. I also have my full drivers license, so I am able to take them to a nice scenic area for them to enjoy. Pictures of happy doggos will always be sent through if requested!

House Sitting & Check Ins:

I am very happy to do home stays and check ins, however I am not able to host your animal at my home due to having my own animals myself. Whilst looking after your animal I will do daily check ins so that you can keep up to date on your fur baby, I am happy to provide all the necessary care they need for the day (i.e. topping up food and water, brushing, administering medications, etc.) for up to 30 minutes each time. For home stays I will usually arrive in the afternoon and leave in the morning, I am a very tidy and I will always be respectful of your home and of course your pets. Once again I will send photos so that you are up to date and able to see their cute faces when you are away. 

I will always look after an animal as if it was my own as I understand how much they mean to us and how they are part of the family.
