Kia ora! I'm Gillian, an experienced petsitter living in Red Beach, Auckland. 

I work full-time in healthcare/employment support and have some work-from-home flexibility.  

I enjoy pet-sitting as it gives me the opportunity to spend time with dogs and cats (which I love, as I don't yet have pets myself) and I also get to experience new areas in Auckland. Over the years, I've house-sat for numerous friends, colleagues, word-of-mouth connections, and pet owners via the NZ Housesitters platform. I have looked after dogs with separation anxiety, cared for cats requiring medication and monitoring while eating, and also fostered two rescue puppies.

As well as being open to pet-sit/house-sit opportunities, I'm also available for dog-walking and have the Orewa beach and estruary just near by! If you'd like to set up a regular morning, evening or weekend walk for your dog, let me know.
