My name is Matilda! I am 33 years old, I moved from France to New Zealand in 2019. I live in mount Victoria in Wellington. I have been a pet Sitter for a while and absolutely love it ! I have looked after 40+ pets since I started doing it :) I volunteer at the spca, in the vet section, which gives me a lot of tips on how to care for pets. At the moment I can only offer house/pet sitting at your place and home visits. p>

I know how to adapt myself to all different cats and dogs personalities (rescue, anxious, older as well) I enjoy walking them and try to go to dog exercice areas when possible (and with your permission).I have big dogs experience, small dogs experience, and everything in between. I'm familiar with a variety of harnesses. Your pet will not be walked, cared for with or exposed to other unfamiliar animals without your permission! Your animals' comfort and safety always comes first!

🐈 I also absolutely love cats and enjoy their company. Shy or playful I always enjoy their spending time with them :)

🐾 House sitting :

I work Monday to Thursday (9-4pm) but I am off the rest of the time. Your pet won’t be left alone for Long period of time. I will look after your house like if it was mine, keep it clean and tidy. I can water plants, garden, take out bins etc so you don’t have to worry about anything while you are away! If this is something you would like, I will keep you updated daily and send as many pictures as you want while I am minding your pet!

I will respect any dietary restriction and I can also administer medication if needed.

🐾 Home visits:

I can offer daily visits morning/afternoon or evening

(twice daily if it's not too far from mount Victoria)

I will visit your pet and stay for an hour with them . I can take them for a walk (even if it’s raining!), play inside or in the garden. Feed them, top up water, clean litter tray or any mess. Or simply keep them company while you are away !
