Hey! I'm Sophia and I'm here to make your pup's day brighter! I'll ensure your pup gets the exercise, stimulation and care they deserve when they're with me.

Do you need someone to pop in while you're at work and take your dog for a walk? Or do you have a busy family schedule and find it hard to get out for a walk in the evenings so your dog can burn off some energy?

Availability

I'm usually available:

• afternoons and evenings
• mornings and during the day on Mondays and Fridays
• weekends all day

Services offered

At the moment I'm only offering walks or home visits. I'm available in the Kāpiti region.

Walks

• Morning and evening walks can be 45 mins to an hour, tailored to your dog's abilities and health. This will usually be in the area local to where you live.
• Weekend walks can be longer walks 1- 1.5 hours and I might travel to a walking route in the Wellington region (depending on your comfort).
• Midday walks are generally shorter 30 to 45 mins and will be local to where you live.
• I'm familiar working with reactive dogs and will talk to you to understand whether I'm the appropriate walker for them.
• I'm comfortable walking two dogs at one time as long as they are not reactive.

Home visits

• During the working week, I can stay with your dog for 30 minutes. This includes a short walk if needed.
• Visits outside of the working week can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
• I'm happy to do small tasks like bringing in the mail or rubbish bins, watering plants, and picking up poo off the lawn.

Additional info

• I have a car and can travel to you (within a reasonable distance) from Paraparaumu.
• I can administer oral medications
• If I'm travelling anywhere with your dog I will use a pet seat belt.
• I provide poo bags and some treats for walks, but can use other ones if preferred and provided by you.
