At age 12 my mum started volunteering me to housesit, babysit, and petsit for her friends. It took just one gig to get me hooked, and I've never looked back since. That was 14 years ago! 

I have years of experience looking after dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, lizards, fish, and even sheep! I have hand-reared and trained my own dogs, cats, and rabbits. I am a cat fosterer for a local cat rescue, which often involves caring for traumatised, sick, or unsocialised kittens and cats. I am confident administering medications and helping out with training any animal (I have a behavioural science degree so I'm passionate about this!). 

I am well-acquainted with staying in people's homes and am comfortable with long stays (weeks or months) when necessary. I have a flexible job and enjoy chilling around home, so I'm happy to do 24/7 supervision for pets that need it. Many of my previous housesits have required property/garden maintenance and I'm super happy to do that.

Spending time with wide varieties of animals makes me feel calm, inspired, joyful, curious, and adventurous. Hanging out with your pet will be the highlight of my week.
