I am a certified dog trainer based in Belmont, North Shore and am happy to service surrounding areas.

I have been obsessed with dogs for as long as I can remember and was inspired to become a professional dog trainer after my family began raising and boarding service dogs, which gave me the opportunity to train service pups of different ages and temperaments.

I completed my certificate in Canine Behaviour and Training in 2023 alongside my family dog Tegan, and I am currently working for a local dog trainer as a contractor dog trainer/walker/sitter. My responsibilities include training, providing walks and adventures, enrichment, adapting to specific routines and needs, etc. so that owners can have peace of mind that their pets are having a great time and are in capable hands.

I use force-free, positive reinforcement based techniques with all the animals I work with, always adapting to specific needs and routines for a personalised experience.

It would be my absolute pleasure to help with training, walks, house visits, or house sitting, all while giving your pets the best time ever. I have experience with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and fish, but would love to help with any species of pet. I can also administer oral or injected medications if needed.

At home, I am slave to social, fun-loving labrador Tegan, who I also compete with in scentwork, and two pampered guinea pigs 💗

I am always looking for opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge, and in my spare time I can often be found reading up on anything canine or trick training with Tegan!

My services:

🐾 Dog walks $45/hour

Your dog will get the agreed length of time walking, adventuring, and exploring with a certified dog trainer.

🐾 Training walks $50/hour

Your dog will get the agreed length of time walking and training with a certified dog trainer. We can work on recall, reactivity, loose leash walking, puppy socialisation/training, adolescent dog training, or any other goals you have for your dog while out and about.

🐾 House and pet sitting: $90/night (dogs) or $50/night (cats or other pets)

I will treat your pets like my own, adapting to their individual needs and routines so you can have peace of mind while you are away.

🐾 General house visits $45/hour

I will come to your house to walk, play, spend time, etc. with your dog or pet for the agreed length of time.

🐾 Feeding visits: 1 per day $25, 2 per day $40

I will come to your home to feed your cat or pet. I can also spend some time cuddling, playing with them, etc. if that is something they would like.
