Thanks for viewing my profile. I am a single professional engineer from South Africa. When I first visited New Zealand in early 2019 I felt right at home and a few months later I made one of the easiest and best decisions of my life when I moved to Auckland. While pursuing a masters degree at AUT I was looking for part-time work and could not think of anything better than taking care of pets, which led me to Pawshake :) 

Cats are awesome and amusing but I have a special bond with dogs. I will take care of them like they are my own. I grew up with a Labrador, Jack Russell and Husky. The Lab and Jack lived long and happy lives in our family and passed on peacefully. Unfortunately we had to give away our Husky when we moved to a smaller house as she needed more space for her well-being. Over the years I developed my animal care experience by taking care of dogs for family and friends.

My house-sit services include feeding, walks (up to an hour a day), playing and any other personal requests (administering medication, bathing, general house-keeping etc.). On weekdays I work full time so you can expect me to be at your home between 4:30pm and 8am, otherwise weekends I will be home throughout most of the day.
