As avid animal lovers with an unwavering passion for pets if you are looking for people to provide unparalleled care, love and affection to your fury friends look no further than Maria & Jackson. Growing up with pets our entire life, we understand the anxiety pet owners can feel leaving their beloved 'fur babies' in the care of someone else and we are committed to easing your worries by providing safe and nurturing care for these furry members.

Maria has grown up with mostly dogs her entire life. From being raised with a pitbull and a rottweiler the first 10 years of her life to having a jack russell x shih tzu and a Jack russell x bichon in the last 11 years, she has been around dogs of all sizes! Jackson too has been raised with multiple dogs and a 12-year cat chopper which he now loves and cares for at his flat. We have both previously cared for family pets in the past with lots of love, attention and care and have developed a deep understanding of their needs and behaviours. This knowledge will allow us to cater to your pet's individual needs!

Maria lives in Miramar and has a full licence and vehicle making her flexible to house-sit within the Wellington region on short notice. She is a full-time fourth-year Law and Commerce student at Victoria University (which is available online to complete) and works part-time at Crown Law Office Monday-Wednesday, meaning she has availability for the rest of the week and weekend to attend to your pet's needs. Jackson lives in Lower Hutt and works full-time as a tradie and will often join Maria in the evenings and weekends. He too has a full licence and a car!

We are both active people and enjoy dog walks short or long! We often spend the weekends walking Maria's around the beach and nearby dog parks and are therefore open to any requests to meet the unique needs of each pet. We are dedicated to going the extra mile to ensure the happiness and comfort of every individual furry friend.

We are happy to travel within the Wellington Region for house-sitting requests. We are both clean and tidy people and will follow all instructions left to us in addition to respecting your home and your pet's environment so you can leave stress free.

Our aim is to assure you that your cherished companions will be in the best hands, receiving the affection and care they deserve while you're away. We are open to house sitting, dog walking and house visits. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
