I am a current biomedical science student who has always loved animals. With the semester winding down, I've got some extra free time on my hands, and what better way to spend it than doing what I adore the most – taking care of furry friends.
My love for animals was kindled in Fiji, where I began volunteering at the SPCA as a kid. Growing up, my home was a lively hub for pets - from mixed breed dogs and heelers to cats, guinea pigs and even a pig. Each one brought immense joy and love into my life.
I've continued my journey by volunteering at SPCA, working with a variety of animals from rabbits to cats. My tasks include cleaning cages, socializing, feeding and stocking supplies.
At the moment I currently have a 4 year old Shih Tzu cross Bichon called Archie - whether were out and about adventuring or cuddling on the couch, I would treat your pets the same way I would with my own.
