I am a diploma Veterinary Nurse who works full time at a vet clinic. I am avaliable after 4pm on monday, wednesday and thursdays and before 12pm on tuesdays and fridays. I have flexible avaliablity for weekends. I have a massive love for animals and have plenty of experience with companion animals. I used to volunteer for SPCA for 2 years where i volunteered in both feline and canine units. While volunteering there I became a foster parent and ended up with my foster fail husky named Payten! As I have Payten, I am happy to pet sit dogs at my flat as long as they are well socialized and can be crated. I will only allow dogs at my property who are fully vaccinated and up to date with flea and worm treatments. The property where I live is fully fenced with a large outdoor space to run around and play located in Redwood. I am also happy to do pet/house sitting for short term. I am very confident in walking dogs of different sizes and behaviors. For dog walking I can do a range of duration depending on the animal and their activity level- I will not go to dog parks or let off lead. If wanting a run around a long lead must be provided. Set rate is for 1 hour walk. For cats I am happy to do house calls within the christchurch area and give lots of cuddles as well as feeding etc. I am comfortable medicating cats and dogs and comfortable with geriatric care.
