Jasmine

Hi there! My name is Jasmine, I'm 20 years old, and I have a strong adoration for all animals. I currently live in Whangaparāoa and have just recently gotten a miniature labradoodle puppy of my own, who is the absolute light of my life! When I'm not with him, you'd usually find me studying for my nursing degree, or working casually in healthcare. I'm a third year student, so you can be rest assured that your beloved furry friend is in capable, nurturing hands! I am an outdoorsy kind of person and would describe myself as kind, bubbly, reliable, and compassionate for the needs of others.

Whether your pet is big, small, or anything in between, I'd love to cater to their every need, when they need it. I have always been an animal lover and have grown up around all different sorts of animals throughout my entire life. Before living on the Hibiscus Coast, I grew up on a farm with many different animals from cows, sheep, chickens, and horses, to turkeys, guineafowls, and alpacas! I also have extensive knowledge and experience in owning and caring for smaller animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs. I used to ride and own ponies, however that has been put on pause for now while I pursue my studies. On top of the animal experience, I also have experience in house sitting (and babysitting) for friends and family!

I was really drawn to house/pet sitting due to the fact that I love animals and helping others. As a bonus, I am quite flexible in regards to my availability. This allows me to prioritise your pets regularly, and I can usually work around your schedule! I am happy to provide a range of services such as dog walking, home visits, and pet sitting in the comfort of their own environment (unfortunately, I am not able to have any more pets stay in my own home).

I am more than willing to organise myself in a way that aligns with you and your pets needs. I am available Monday to Friday for overnight stays, and Monday to Sunday for other services such as home visits and dog walking. My pet sitting will entail anything that is typically in your pets regular routine such as walking, grooming, feeding, enrichment, etc. I am also happy to administer any medication that your pet may need. I am able to take your pup for a walk for however long they require (from 30 minutes to 2 hours), as I am a relatively fit person and am used to being on my feet for extended periods.

I take pride in being a neat and tidy person, therefore, I am also happy to help with any additional tasks such as cleaning, caring for plants, putting out the rubbish, and bringing in the mail amongst other things, during my sits.
